Overview

The User Responses page displays all the responses that users have submitted through the widget. You can access this page by clicking the Responses button in the left-hand menu.

Filters & List

The list of responses is sorted by submission date in descending order, with the most recent submissions appearing first.

You can filter the list by the following criteria:

• Website: Filter responses by the website from which they were submitted.
• Form: Filter responses by the form that was submitted.
• Start Date: Show only responses submitted on or after this date.
• End Date: Show only responses submitted on or before this date.

The table contains the following columns:

• Form Name: The name of the form that was submitted. This name is saved as a string that reflects the form's name at the time of submission. It will not change even if the form's name is updated later.
• Website: The name of the website from which the response was submitted.
• URL: The specific address on the website where the response was submitted.
• Device: The type of device used by the user (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Date: The date of submission.

To view the details of a specific response, simply click on the response you wish to open.
