Overview

To access the Statistics page, click the Statistics button in the left-hand menu.

The Statistics page displays the following metrics:

• Overall Number of Responses: The total count of responses submitted.
• Overall Number of Responses by Device: A breakdown of responses by device type.
• Graph of Monthly Responses by Day: A visual representation of the number of responses received each day over the past month.
• Table of Rating Statistics: A table summarizing the average ratings for specific fields.

Statistics Description

Statistics results are cached for 5 minutes. This means that the data you see on the page will not update for 5 minutes, even if new responses are submitted during that time.

Rating Statistic

This table displays fields of type "rating" that have been submitted, along with the average rating of all responses for each field.

Example

Consider the following setup:

• Form 1 contains a rating field: "Rate the delivery."
• Form 2 contains two rating fields: "Rate the service" and "Rate the process."

In this case, the table will display the following rows:

• Rate the delivery / Average Rating / Number of Responses
• Rate the service / Average Rating / Number of Responses
• Rate the process / Average Rating / Number of Responses
